projactivity – Two-day seminar
In our two-day projactivity seminar, the participants will plan and manage a project in several small groups using our projactivity board simulation. From planning to realization, and right up to project completion, the participants will experience all phases of project management. The participants will recognize the success factors in project work and test strategies for dealing with difficult project situations. The simulation is branch-neutral and can therefore be used in all types of contexts. This seminar is suitable for all persons who manage projects or are involved project work.
