Business simulations

Board simulations are tools used to clarify operation relationships and business goals to large numbers of employees.

Board simulations use the attraction and efficiency of learning by playing. A board simulation is in principle a type of board game for the business world with focus on various problem issues such as e.g. business relationships, sales processes, project management, etc. The participants must evaluate complex situations, make decisions and then experience the consequences of their actions directly during the simulation.

Board simulations are developed by us specifically for each customer. They can be used in all branches. The board is designed according to the specific business processes of the customer and the respective aims of the program. Examples of such aims are:

  • Increasing the corporate responsibility of employees
  • Increasing customer-orientation within the company
  • Creating a uniform understanding of project management within the company
  • Increasing efficiency in sales processes
  • Optimizing process chains within the company

Board simulations are suitable for all management levels. Board simulations are also highly suitable for all employees within the company because of the specific focus. In addition, our customers use board simulations in large company conferences to gain understanding for relevant themes, new strategies or business relationships.
